Logan Gallaher, M.S., CPT, CMPC® Candidate

As a former collegiate soccer player with 5+ years of weightlifting experience who has had two successful recoveries from severe sports injuries, Logan understands the importance of proper nutrition, mental health, and physical activity in relation to performance on and off the field of play. He wants to help others connect these dots and live their best, physically and mentally healthy lives. Logan is known for his ability empathize with others. He embodies leading with empathy to the core and truly cares for those he works with.

Logan graduated from University of Illinois Chicago (UIC) in 2022 with a Bachelor’s degree in Applied Psychology. He went on to earn a Masters of Science in Kinesiology with a focus in Performance, Sports, and Exercise Psychology from UIC in 2024. He is also Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) through the American Council on Exercise and is eligible to take the Certified Mental Performance Consultant Exam (CMPC®) through the Association for Applied Sport Psychology. He’s previously been a mental performance consultant with the ASPIRE Lab’s Resilient Athlete Program at UIC, UIC’s Army ROTC, and UIC’s Baseball Team. He has worked with injured athletes, college athletes, semi-professional athletes, and tactical athletes to overcome mental blocks by helping them build a mental skills toolkit that will aid them in performing both mentally and physically to their fullest potential consistently.

In addition, Logan presented at the Association for Applied Sport Psychology’s 38th Annual Conference, the Midwest Sports and Exercise Psychology Symposium (2x), and the Chicago Sports Injury and Psychology Symposium (2x). He enjoys spending time with family and friends, watching sports, weightlifting, and traveling!
